The issued lot will be gone through different production stages like roughing, semi-fine, fine and inspection etc, where parameters like input, output, rejection, repair and loss will be calculated during each stage and the stage operator and department will be assigned to each production stage.

  • Auto calculations functionality :

Auto calculations functionality is given in each form for required fields to make the data entry process fast, easy and error-free.

  • Client and server-side validations :

Every required form field has jquery validation to prevent a user from entering the wrong data. Server-side validation was given to handle duplicate entries, DB operations and errors that occurred during server-side data processing.

  • User-friendly UI controls :

Searchable and multi-select drop downs selectors, JQuery plugins, responsive grids, customized column-wise grid filters, server-side pagination for grids and child grids functionality make every operation smooth and easy.

  • Dispatch process management :

The inspected lot will be entered into the dispatch process and then deliver to a client after the final dispatch. Here required qty is taken from different lots and bunches will be created and then delivered to clients after final dispatch. Management of input qty, dispatch qty, balance qty and bunch qty occurred during this process.

  • Customized reports with filters and auto calculation functionality :

Functionality for fully customized pdf and chart report generations based on database data with customized header and footer with pagination is given to make an analysis of every production and dispatch process accurate and error-free, Here user can apply different filters for every reports to make results more particular according to needs. The auto calculation for fields like total, percentage, accuracy etc is performed programmatically using formulas to make the calculation more accurate.

Admin can also upload proper excel format file for bulk data entry for particular dropdown to make operation faster.

  • Bar Code and QR Code generation:

Bar Code and QR Code generation functionality is given for different sizes and formats, At the time of delivery organization or company can print those customized barcodes on their product for unique identification.
