IAMSync is Akantik's own identity and access management platform, built to give IT teams one dashboard for tracking identities, provisioning, and access across every connected system, instead of piecing that picture together from a dozen separate admin consoles.

Every new hire, contractor, or offboarding meant manually touching Slack, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Asana, and Microsoft 365 one at a time, with no single view of who actually had access to what. Sync jobs between systems ran unmonitored, so a failed provisioning update could sit undetected for days. And without a centralized identity count or growth trend, IT had no reliable way to answer a basic compliance question like how many active accounts exist right now, or which ones should have been disabled weeks ago.
We built IAMSync as a Super Admin dashboard that consolidates identity, provisioning, and integration health into one place. A stats overview tracks total identities, active provisions, cloud accounts, and permissions against the last 30 days, backed by an identity growth chart and a live active/pending/disabled provisioning breakdown. An integrations hub connects Slack, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Asana, and Microsoft 365/Entra ID through OAuth or API key, each showing who connected it, what scopes were granted, and when it last synced. A searchable Person directory lets IT filter thousands of identities by status, application, provisioning state, or date range in seconds. And a Scheduler runs and monitors every integration's sync job on a fixed interval or schedule, surfacing success or failure status immediately and allowing a manual re-run without waiting for the next cycle.
